I kept saying to myself "I can run on 6 hours of sleep." This led to, "It's fine, I can work a double on 2 hours of sleep." Time and time again, I was running down my body and mind without replenishing. I eventually discovered there are an assortment of electrolytes available for sale on the internet. This was the beginning of course. I had a lot of success with taking Lion's Mane for memory and advanced cognitive function after feeling benefits from electrolytes. Which led me down a rabbit hole of Nootropics and a whole mixture of supplements that give me an excellent balance of recovery and performance in the work place. At the end of the day, I hadn't found just one product that worked for me, it had always been a conjunction of different things that all did great things for me, both physically and mentally. I decided to put all of these things together for my fellow restaurant workers, because we work so hard, and yet we are continually in the weeds(physically and mentally) no matter how prepared we set ourselves.
